Courses

Provisional bookings will not be guaranteed until payment is received, at which time they become a confirmed booking.

Pre-course questionnaires will be sent to participants prior to the course to obtain details of any particular issues that participants would like to see included.

Final instructions e.g. course programme, venue map etc. will be sent to participants no later than one week before the date of the course.

Substitutions can be made provided notice of this change is given before the event.

Evaluation forms will be given to each participant for completion at the end of the course. Feedback is valued so that each course can be made as relevant as possible to future participants.

Course Cancellation

You can cancel a confirmed booking by sending us written notice of cancellation. You can send this up to ten working days before the start date of a course. If you cancel a course, you will receive a refund subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

If you cancel a confirmed booking less than ten working days before the start date of a course, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

3rd Sector Skills reserves the right to cancel a course. If we cancel a course, we will issue you with a full refund.
