Running Successful Projects I have to admit to a slight bias with this review, since I wrote this book. Naturally I think it’s the best book on project management ever to grace the shelves of any bookshop. Joking aside, it’s the book on which our highly successful 2 day course is based. |

Brilliant Project Management This is one of the very few books I’ve seen that talk about the people aspects of project managment, and that’s why I like it. It’s also easy to read, and written in a light-hearted way, which appeals to me. (It’s also not expensive!) |

The Complete Guide to Creating and Managing New Projects There are very few project management books written with the voluntary sector in mind. This is a good one. |

PRINCE2 – 2009 edition This is the PRINCE2 bible. If you want a career in project management in our sector, you’re probably going to need the Practitioner qualification, and that means knowing what’s inside this book – in detail. |
