
There are thousands of books on project and time management. Here are a few that I reckon are pretty good. Don’t take everything you read as incontrovertible fact - take what you like from these books and leave the rest.

If you’re going to use MS Project, then you need a textbook. Most of us don’t need a detailed technical handbook. This one covers probably all most of us will ever need. |
This approach works for lots of people. Certainly worth a try. |
A couple of classics - Stephen Covey has sold millions of these books. They are all about deciding what’s important and focussing on those things. |
