I’m looking for a consultant for our voluntary organisation, but you don’t seem to offer the service we need. Is there anything you can advise?

Absolutely. We realise that each organisation needs different things, and so we are quite happy to discuss your requirements and tailor a service for you. And if we can’t offer that service ourselves, we have contacts across the country, so we’ll probably know someone who can! Contact us with your requirements and we’ll see what we can do.

I booked a training course but something’s come up. Can I cancel/reschedule?

We recognise that life sometimes doesn't go as planned and we try to be flexible and responsive to your needs.

If you want to cancel, we require written notice of cancellation ten working days before the agreed date. (For full details, please see our Terms and Conditions.)

If you want to reschedule, we'll do whatever we can to fit you in on a later suitable course. (There may be a small admin fee for boring reasons; we might already have bought lunch, for instance!)

If you want to substitute one student for another, that's no problem at all. Your new student may have to wait a couple of days for his/her certificate, but that's all.

Will you ever offer more courses?

We’re always trying to think of new things that will benefit the voluntary sector. This may include offering new courses. Of course, this doesn’t mean that the courses mentioned are the only types of training we can potentially offer you. If you think you need something not covered by our present courses, let us know and we’ll see what we can offer you.
